Jon Lindsey, DC

Dr. Lindsey’s practice is focused around Applied Kinesiology (AK), the use of muscle testing as a diagnostic method. This approach integrates methods from all of the healing arts into a unified whole and allows them to be blended together in a way that best suits the individual’s need for care. Dr. Lindsey is a certified practitioner of AK with the International College of Applied Kinesiology and has an extensive knowledge and certification in a wide variety of gentle chiropractic techniques, including Activator, Brimhall, Thompson, Diversified, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and several others. 

Dr. Lindsey is married and has one daughter and four sons: Hyrum, Lydia, Zerin, Porter, and Ephraim, with his wife Rachel.
He enjoys all things outdoors with a special passion for archery hunting.
Dr. Lindsey played collegiate basketball at Columbia Basin College in Washington and Lewis Clark College in Idaho. 
Dr. Lindsey finished his undergraduate studies at BYU-Idaho, and Graduated Chiropractic school from Parker College of Chiropractic.

Duane Hess, DC


Total Wellness is pleased to have Dr. Duane Hess in our office!

Dr. Hess and his family have been living in the Fruitland, Idaho area since the fall of 2013 and love being here.

Dr. Hess graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012.  Dr. Hess’s practice is focused on Applied Kinesiology (AK), which uses muscle testing as a diagnostic tool. He has had over 400 hours of seminars and classes in AK and is a certified practitioner of AK with the International College of Applied Kinesiology.

Dr. Hess believes in and specializes in holistic chiropractic care and works at Total Wellness on Fridays.
